The owner of Fabri-Steel West, John Arizcuren, has been a licensed General Contractor for over 23 years and has extensive experience in steel building design, site preparation, project management and permit approval. The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) protects California consumers by licensing and regulating the state’s construction industry. CSLB was established in 1929 and today licenses about 290,000 contractors in 44 different classifications.
The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) protects and improves the health, safety, and economic well-being of over 18 million wage earners and helps their employers comply with state labor laws. DIR is housed within the Labor & Workforce Development Agency.
Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association
MBCEA started on February 15, 1968 as Metal Building Dealers Association. It has since expanded and evolved into what’s known today as the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association.
The PCCA is part of the Golden State Plan Service Network, the largest consolidated planroom and builders exchange network in the nation.
