Our Development Process

Consult / Design

Our initial meeting either at the job site or at our showroom / design center would be to understand your needs and at the same time educate you on the many metal building options available to you. We use material samples, pictures / plans of past jobs, and the latest in design software to develop right solution for you. A key outcome would be to give you the confidence that we have a building designed that meets current / future needs and fits within your budget and time frames for completion.

Approval / Permit

Pre Engineered structural drawing and details are produced for owner approval and permit submission. The drawings are stamped by a licensed engineer and provide the necessary details to show how the building will be constructed. Our team will review the drawings to make sure they meet the design requirements of the project. We also respond to any questions or clarifications needed by building departments as it relates to our drawings. Once we have the necessary approvals from the building department we will review the drawings with you to finalize all details including color selections, final door and window layout, and any other changes you desire to make prior to fabrication of the building.

Build / Deliver Final Project

Our highly skilled team of project managers and trained installers will work to ensure your project is built with quality and care. We handle the logistics from start to finish. We seamlessly coordinate any issues in the field such as missing parts, damaged materials etc. so that you don’t have to. We coordinate with any other trades that may be working so that your project can finish on time. Once we have completed the project we will walk the job with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and to ensure final agency signoff for our work.
